Good afternoon,
My name is Danita Chisholm. I have been a faithful shopper of Ashley Stewart for a least 8 years. I purchased a dress approximately November 18, 2020. In the meantime my dad was ill and I did not have time to return to the store to return the dress within days of the return window due to the death of my father on Christmas day. I attempted to return the dress and the employee stated that I could not return the dress because it just missed the time frame. I was devastated because I have this dress with the tags and everything that I can not wear. I have been calling the customer service number since November [protected]) with no avail they would state to me let me take your name and number and someone will be emailing me to at least get a resolution. You can verify that I have been calling since November case number [protected]. I was thinking that this was the correct process to contact someone, however I was just informed today 02/10/2021 after all this time that since I purchased the product in person at (Ashley Stewart 127 B pavilion pkwy Fayetteville Georgia 30214) that I would have to contact someone through this method.
