I ordered a red pants jumpsuit. It came quickly. The jumpsuit was beautiful, and it looked really good on me. The fabric and workmanship were good. The problem is my body is overly sensitive. A seam went across my tummy, which felt uncomfortable. I returned the jumpsuit, and they gave me a refund.

I purchased the Ashley Stewart Plaid High Waist leggings. I am very short and apple shaped. I struggle with leggings that are too thin and shows all my ripples on my thighs. NO THESE. They are perfect thickness. Fit great and the wonderful. Wide quality waist band is comfortable and doesn't move or slide down or fold over with movement. They looked cute on me. They suck! I will never oder from this online store again. I'm on the phone with customer service at this moment. For the 4th time this week. No supervisor will come to the phone per my request several times. I keep being told they are processing it we sent it to the proper department, who they will not direct you to speak to. When I mention contacting bbb. The rep on phone says her supervisor told her to go ahead and issue a refund. So why haven't you did this 3 weeks ago when you owed it to me?! I enter the store on a phone call from my personal phone about some personal affairs I had going on. I knew wanted because I was in there Sunday and knew I was coming back to purchase the two items, I accidental bump into the rollbar that was on the sale floor and brushed against a shirt on the rack, well the sales girl (manager) looked at me very crazy and rolled her eyes like I hurt the world. I did not appreciate that. Now I said I was sorry for squeezing thru the path, but she had the whole section blocked off, (description young light skin black lady). I then find what I was looking for and just looked at the back of the store. Her eyes followed me as if I was stealing something. This is the third time I observed this woman doing this as I am shopping. The very first time I remember her because she snatched clothes out of my hand and said rudely I will hold these. Listen I have almost $2K in credit in this store and shop regularly. I work three jobs; I have never stolen anything in my life. I recently paid this card off because I felt I was done with the behavior and will not shop in a store that the people act in such a way that makes me uncomfortable shopping. And the young lady at the register had a smart mouth as well. I have been coming to this store for years what is the problem. The other girls are so sweet. The floor merchandiser is the sweetest lady you ever want to meet and always professional. This one girl is always a problem when I come in the store. I spend hundreds when I come, why am I treated in such a negative way?

Top ring faux leather bucket bag
Hello, I placed an order on 12/22/2022 which included the "Top Ring Faux Leather Bucket Bag - color black". When I received the package one side of the handle was lifted due to a loose screw (The purse was NOT used yet). I attempted to tighten the loose screw myself. Then on 1/7/23 I used this purse for the first time, the same side of the purse handle is lifted again, screw became loose and is now missing.

Hello,
I have been in Ashely store (located 9100 N Fwy Suite 140, Fort Worth, TX, 76177) today at 8-9 pm. I was willing to buy living room and dining room and the estimate was $8985.48.
First, I asked if David (store manager) could print the prices for me, and he told me in this branch we cannot give any quote and the system doesn't allow us to print and he wrote the prices on a piece of paper attached. In addition, I asked for his contact information, and he refused to give it to me.
I had the feeling that the store manager (David) doesn't want to sell so I told him very politely that I feel that you don't want to sell. He told me that I find this very offensive, and he told me get out of my store.
I would like the headquarter to investigate in this incident. I have a feeling, because I am Muslim, he treated me this way.

Bed just crashed while sleeping in it me and my husband! Called cooperated and it was right at the 5 years deadline! They stated sorry you are over your 5 years! This is the second bed I bought from them that crashed at the deadline! They will not fix or replace, cooperates just said you over and hung up the phone in my face when I asked for a supervisor! I have to use books to keep my bed up now and they don’t give a [censored]! The customer service is poor and I hate I even went to this damm place! Ashley owe me a damm bed!
Misinformation
I placed an order and I was able to apply for the AS credit card. I placed my first order with the card and I was told I would receive my credit card within 10 business days. I added a few extra days due to the holidays, it's still NOT here. My whole purpose of getting this credit card was so I could buy nice new clothes to start my new job. I now have f'd myself thinking I could rely on the words I read from the website as well as my emails. I have now run out of time to place an order to get it before I start my new job. I wasted my time with this company and now I need to find something else. I'm beyond disappointed. And when I made a call to customer service all they were worried about was how and when I would pay my bill. I have full intention to pay my bill in full but I had to close my account. If I'm having this many issues and I just barely tried to establish a working relationship with this company, I can only imagine what other problems I will run into. Thanks for nothing!

I order a blouse the first of April, I was told it would be here in 10 days. It is now the first of June almost. I still don't have the blouse, every time I call there is an excuse, no one new where the order was.
Once it was listed Union Post Office then Jersey City Post office. Now it is back in stock, if I order it again, I have to pay all over again.
This would be 70$ on my card when I don't have anything. I was told the money would be returned on my card June 1, 2020 this is another delay. When I try to call the main office the line is always busy [protected])
