Logan's Roadhouse

My wife and I entered the restaurant at approximately 8PM on 10/30/19. We were seated and after some period of time a waitress took our drink order and then later our meal order. My issues:
1. It took 20 minutes to receive my draft beer
2. I ordered a french dip sandwich with chips, no onion or mushrooms.
I received a sandwich with fries and the sandwich had mushrooms and onions
3. My wife order a salad with ranch dressing. The salad had no croutons and the
dressing was lumpy.
4. My wife ordered mashed potatoes, which were indelible; they were replaced but not
by our waitress who never checked our meal.
5. The rolls we received were so doughy neither of us could eat them.

So all in all my wife's steak was done to her satisfaction and she received her coke promptly. Two things right out of a whole meal is not a good batting average.
The manager came by and offered a bunch of excuses, no real apology was offered and he chastised me for dropping the S word, as if the meal and service did not deserve a little cuss word.

Ya know - O'Charley's is almost next door and the wait staff are attentive and the manager visits tables to make sure everything is satisfactory.
