wrong food order / food not good
Logan's Road House, Paducah, Ky.
My order was wrong, granddaughter's bun was hard and cheeseburger was tough as leather, mom's mushrooms were not cooked. She got up in the middle of the night throwing up. Food way over priced for what we got. Used to eat there a lot. Last few times service has been horrible. We probably will not be back, but really love the food when our orders are correct. I complained to the waitress about my order being wrong and was told they do not give discounts for wrong orders. /Could have gotten food replaced but everyone else would have been done eating by the time that I got mine. Just kept what I had. Customers are what keep businesses going, they need to take care of them. They are not just stopping in to say "Hello"! We spend lots of money eating out. We just ask for a good experience and that our order be correct and not getting an attitude when we let them know that it is wrong. Thank you for your time.

Logans on popular is a very dirty store. There are flying bugs and roaches. The flying bugs are everywhere and are around the drink stations. It is a very unhealthy environment to eat at also to work. There are stains all over the floor and looks as if the store never gets cleaned. The bugs are a disgrace and should not be tolerated. Needs to be shut down or dealt with immediately

First our waitress took about 10 minutes to finally come to us to ask us for drinks, then we waited awhile to order food and i finally told her we were ready. I ordered a sirloin steak medium well and what I got was like medium RARE . I couldn't even eat it so I took it home so my boyfriend can eat it. Also got broccoli with cheese and they never put the cheese on the broccoli until I told her to get me cheese to put on it.

The wait after we sat down was long to get our order in. The people who sat down after us came and left before us because they got their food first. When we got our food our meat was burnt. The server said it was just the grill. The waitress kept making comment like we not discriminating against y'all when I asked questions about why the salad and soup took so long. She also said it's not you people that we doing this too. Then to top it off my son ordered a kids meal and got a soup as the side. She charged me for the whole bowl of soup as well and his kids meal so I ended up spending $11 on his kids meal. I'm so upset because I come here all the all the time. When I was ordering my food she kept implying prices like I didn't have the money to pay for it. I probably won't ever come back.
The kids meal side does not come with soup. If your greedy son wants soup you have to pay extra for it. If you can't just be honest and let your son know that you cannot afford the soup.

I just received the worst service at this restaurant. Our waitress was not friendly, we could never find her, and it took over 30 min to get our food. When we were ready to pay our bill, we had to ask another waitress to go find our waitress; and it turns out she was outside taking a smoke break. I saw the manager walking around, so I am very concerned that this is acceptable to this establishment. We will not be coming back.

Complaining about two of your waitresses I come to your restaurant all the time love it during the week and even on the weekends very few times I've walked in young lady give me attitude by the name is Cynthia I asked her what was her name and she gave me her name not knowing that I was going to write a customer complaint because I didn't think she was going to give me her name I go in there a week later maybe it's her girlfriend that works there I do not no And the same girl that gives me attitude is in the bathroom making out with another girl very unprofessional I said shouldn't you guys be working and she gave me her smart mouth once again not knowing that I was that same lady that she was in there a week before she gives me a dirty look and a work out behind me love your restaurant been loving your restaurant for many years me and my family always come Love your food thank you very much and thanks for your time

I went to Logan's road house on airport Blvd in Pensacola Florida. I was served raw pink fish that almost instantly made me sick once I realized the taste was weird. I made a complaint right then and there also o called the corporation in Nashville the stated they wanted my hospital records. so I provided them with the hospital I went to but they stated that they wouldn't release my file which I know was not true because I even went back to Florida hospital after moving back home to arkansas just to get a copy of my visit at the hospital but I still haven't heard anything back from them and its been 5 years without any update. when I call I get no one on the phone to help me plus I was so sick I missed a week of work and got layed off due to that situation. But its on there website that I made a complaint. I don't recommend anyone eat their unless your looking to Sue.

I was a guest a store #498 on Friday March 30, 2018. I arrived and there was a 25 minute wait. My mom and I was placed at my table was not greeted until 10 minutes later. My server, who never said her name leaned on the table and said I'm tired and pregnant. Also stated that they were trying to seat her a party of 10, but she was going to walk out. All before we could place our order. After placing, our order which took forever, it was not correct. I asked for blackened chicken and a loaded sweet. I received a sweet with butter and cinnamon and a regular chicken with the Parmesan sauce. At this point, I was so hungry. I said just bring me some caramel and the balckening season. I was told that I had to get a new potato. I was waiting forever. My server had disappeared. I asked the hostess for a manager. While the manager was approaching the table, my new loaded sweet was arriving. The manager offered to bring the seasoning, but I just wanted to eat. My server appeared again and said I'll bring you a "Togo" box. I said I didn't ask for one. Oh I forgot to mention my check was printed early. We had separate tickets, but we were never asked so it was combined. The thought of waiting longer, we paid together. Yet another inconvenience. I did not want a discount, I simply wanted good service and good food. I was a server/bartender for five years so I know the behind the scenes struggle. Tonight's service was horrible! Please retrain this Alexis or Zikia. I'm not sure what her name is. I had to ask another employee.

I was a guest at Logan's roadhouse Sunday evening at the Illinois location. I was greated by a really friendly host I eat at this location often it's one of my favorite places to eat at honestly. I was sat and honestly waited a long time to get waited on my server by the name of Maria Y at least that's what my receipt says then came over said I'm sorry for the wait I'm still new and bare with me. She then asked for our drinks and took her time to go get them she never brought out rolls we had to ask for some, she took a very long time to get us our salads that we asked for out before our meal I seen her standing around talking to a couple of co workers so I asume she must of forgotten after bringing out our salads a couple minutes later someone else brought over our food nothing came out right our steaks were over cooked, food wasn't hot like it normally is i didn't want to make a fuss out of it because she is still new. I have never had such bad service at this Logan's till now. She never really checked on us we had to ask for refills she didn't seem to have a good attitude the entire time. I would appreciate if this would get brought to her attention. Thank you so much for your time.

Service was terrible. Employees didn't want to work. All employees were standing around on the phone and listening to music. The bartender was the only one that was actually trying to work. Asking for silverware and it was nasty, whipped it with the napkin it was in and had brown liquid on it. Servers never moved food off the bar. Servers complaining about cleaning and doing their job. Manager seemed not to care. Highly disappointed

I was at the Augusta Ga location after working my job, Saturday, 3/10/18, to drop off some work shoes for an employee as they were left in my car. As I'm sitting outside in my car, waiting on them to finish putting their shoes on, another employee, a server, by the name of Brittany Smith, runs up to my car, apparently not seeing me, to show off a Marijuana picture she was drawing and asked to "smoke". I leaned up and asked her to step away from my car, as she is continously showing this Marijuana

That made me highly uncomfortable, and even tho it's not my place of work, I tried very hard to be professional since she couldn't, before I snapped and walked inside to grab the manager myself. But I let them finish putting their shoes on and I drove off before going crazy!. That was extremely unprofessional and made herself look bad as a worker. And then to be all the way in my car without even acknowledging me! I could've called the cops thinking she was gonna try to mug me, or the other kitchen employee, how close she got with that picture! I most definitely would never have her as my server. Just disgusting! You let your people promote that with no problem? Not everyone is supportive of that substance!

I am a regular a Logan's Roadhouse in Roanoke Rapids, NC. My complaint is about the manager Mike Stettler. I was in there and over heard him treating one of his employees whom I find to be one of the best ones there very badly. The employee was trying to work and not only did he call him a [censor], but he told him that he was aggravating and told him he couldn't pick up any shifts anymore just because. Overall it was very hard to hear and I felt great deal of symphathy for this employee. I feel that the newspapers and corporate should hear the way he talked. Words cannot even begin to describe the way this man treats this employee. Something needs to be done to this manager. When he talked to my family the smell of alcohol reaked off his breath. If this is what Logan's had came to then the media should be notified.
This is just a ridiculous situation no wonder they are losing the business they used to have.

Waited over an hour for food when it finally comes out they gave me chips when I asked for a bake potato steak was supposed to be medium and came out well my husband was supposed to be medium rare and was burnt the kid tenders were old then it was cold and the workers were rude and didn't even offer to fix it spent a lot of money and had a terrible time

I was at the Logan's in Tiftonia, GA with my boyfriend. We went to enjoy the Patriots/Dolphins football game that was on every TV in the bar. We asked our server, if the football game sound could be turned up well before the game started. She said yes, & my last visit the sound had been turned up for college football games. We also ordered a beer, pina colada, & potato skins before the game. I requested a 2nd pina colada, but they were out.
When the game started, we requested that the football game sound be turned up. The bartender refused to turn up the sound for the football game. I asked for the manager, 15 min. later he came by. At this point, I asked for the check. The manager was polite as was our server, but we no longer felt welcome at your restaurant. The manager comped the potato skins. We left $40 on a $22 ticket; we proceeded on to a place to spend $40. Needless to say, we could hear the game & felt welcome there. Is your bar a Sports bar? Or not? This was Monday night football.
wrong steak
On Friday November 17, 2017 we were at Marion Illinois Logan's with family. The steaks came out and waitress asked who ordered the new York strip. Husband told her no one it was a ribeye. She immediately said oh this is a ribeye. Husband looked at it and said this is not a ribeye. I told her that it was not a ribeye. She ignored both statements. The rest of the people at our table agreed that it was a strip steak. As a result I didn't eat my steak. I prefer ribeye. This has happened to us before at this restaurant, it will not happen again. We will not be back

five of us visited gunbarrell location in chattanooga for dinner on 10/31/17 and as we were seated noticed that another waitress aving to come to our party and askvif we needed anything because our waitress was nowhere to be found and what time we did have her in our presence she was not professional at all and was not concernerd wth how or wat was needed in our dinner party our steak was 45 mins later at which time it was not cooked to my liking or ordered...service was non professional and food wasnt cooked to our prefrence..

I placed a call in order on Saturday 4th day of: salmon w/ dd order of broccoli and 20oz steak w/baked potato and mc&cheese. ... my salmon (was the of a sticky note.)..(3 bites)... my steak dinner should have been cooked well done ( 3qts was med rare... remaining was done)..(in the trash).. I called once I made it home and was put on hold twice for a long time. I love Logans Steakhouse and I eat there frequently. ... I spent a lot of money to not enjoy my dinner... wrong order/ rude manager
It was a long day for my fiancé and I so instead of going out to eat or cooking at 10 at night we decided to order out so I ordered a to go order at logans. When I came to pickup my order it was completely wrong ! I had 3 trios and 2 sides. The only thing correct were the sides. Besides for on my loaded sweet potatoe there was no brown sugar, only marshmallow. I was tired and in a rush to do a few other things before going home and eating... so I asked to speak to a manager. She was right next to me. I told her my complaint and her response was " well I was right next to her while she was taking the order and it was very confusing" no sorry, no apology, nothing. I work in a restaurant right next door so I know how a good manager is suppose to do things. My order completely wrong! Rude manager! Only nice ones were the staff. I come here very often but don't think I will be coming back again knowing who that rude manger was. She needs to go back into training !

We visited the Muscle Shoals location tonight. We have had horrible experiences but decided to give it another try. I ordered a NY strip it was undercooked I sent it back and it was perfect. The kitchen Manager Ashley came to check on us bless her heart she looked miserable she had on a knee brace but she had a smile on her face and was so pleasant. It was a breath of fresh air to have a manager that was so caring of our needs. We will return and want to commend this store for making me change my mind about the past experiences!

Today for lunch, my husband, father and my self ate at logans roadhouse on pavilion way in Lexington. It took forever for our waitress to see us. We figured it was due to the lunch crowd. Then I never received a refill of my water. Again we just figured it was because she was busy. But when she brought our change back she deducted her own tip! She kept $8. Now had she of gave all our change back she would of gotten a $10 tip. But I was extremely frustrated that she took it apon her self to keep money that Wasn't even hers yet.
