This is the third weekend in a roll that your pizza hut in Gainesville Georgia on Thompson bridge rd has not giving me my order. When I call to ask about it they say I never ordered. So I get in my car and drive there to show them my confirmation number and everything. Your manager there pretty much called me a liar and said I haven't ordered instead of trying to help the situation. She also hung up on me cause I was asking about my order. Very unprofessional. I didn't get her name but it was at 5:54pm Dec 19th. I hope to hear back from you on this because you have this problem at this store. They act like of they have to do their jobs it going to kill them. I won't stop with these complaints until I get this resolved. I will go higher cause you need these people out from your store. I've attached the pictures of my proof of order that your manager said I didn't order. She wouldn't even look into it. Guess cause she was going to have to do her job.
Desired outcome: Want this store to be better with the people they deal with
