Moe's Southwest Grill

Hi we were traveling and wanted to eat Moe's as usual. We drove 11 minutes off the interstate to eat there. When we arrived we tried to order steak on one burrito and was told it would be a while because they were out and had to cook some. So we then said chicken and they asked us if we wanted white or dark meat (we have NEVER) been asked this before at moes. We knew that you had a new flavor of chicken so we asked if he meant which flavor he said we only have one. Then as he was making each of our entrees which was 4 he literally scraped the rest of the chicken out of the bowls and put like 3 pieces on each. Ridiculous! Then we went over to pay and was trying to take advantage of the 5$ national burrito day and they said that we could only get 5$ credit no more which is not what my email said. It said that each burrito and bowl was 5$ today. So I had to correct them on that. The chips were dripping with grease like we've never seen anything like it. And the green salsa was water. Like I said we love moes and eat there often but have never eaten this location and we will NEVER go back. We would like to be compensated for the money we spent on such a horrible experience.
