We ordered a complete bedroom suite in June and it was to be delivered on July 23rd. We had everything ready for the entire bedroom suite to be delivered, since I was having a major surgery on the 26th, we wanted to get things set up.
The issue is only the bed, dresser and mirror showed up. We are missing two marble and wood end tables. The movers said "Oh, we think that is on back order and will be delivered later."
This was extremely disappointing as we sold our other furniture and now there are no end tables. We paid a great deal of money for our new furniture and a large fee for delivery. We for sure should've received a phone call, email or letter at the least.
I need to hear back from someone immediately.

I already hate the fact that all my items are going to be delivered in pieces although delivery driver comes to my house never getting out to ring doorbell and then leaving, what really! Now I have to reschedule to get my item which is crazy. Was gonna order something else from them I don't think so they have lost my business forever. This is for all the people reading this comment do not do it! You will never get all items together and bad service.
Desired outcome: Wish I could have gotten all items at once.5097
