Me and my husband filled out a online order form. We attached all required inforamtion needed to process our application. I called the office where I wanted to order the TV and a lady picked up very rude. I told her that I had filled out all paperwork online and tried to give her my reservation number which she said she did not need. While I was on the phone with this employee she was having several other conversations yelling in my ear. I had to tell her please stop yelling are you having multiple other conversations while on the phone with me? She said oh yeah I am sorry that is rude. She kept on talking very loudly on the phone to me and who ever else was in front of her. She kept asking me so what is it that you want? I told her I have a order number do you want it? She kept saying no, what do you want. At this point I got very upset becuase if she would have looked at my order number she would know which item I was trying to purchase. I hung up, called back the next day. I spoke to the manager Taylor which was as rude as her employee so I see where she gets it from.
Desired outcome: I will pay for my tv but never go back to rent a center ever and telling my friends do not mess with rent a center poor service
