I was waiting in line as a manager was attending to another customer that was complaining about an order he ordered an hour before showing up. The manager proceeded to look for the order while she was looking for the order a young man ask if he could help any of us that was in line she told the man shout up she got this go to the back the young man didn’t respond even tho he look like he wanted to. in the manager walked off I don’t know if she found the order or not she just walked off and not said nothing. so the man that was asking bout the order waited for bout 15 to 20 min order still haven’t came out. So he ask the young man about the order. The young man told the man he didn’t know if she found are not and refuse to ask her cause they way she talk to him. So the man asked her again. She gets mad at the young man and told him not to talk to the customer and go to the back. I guess the young man couldn’t take it no more so he told her he don’t know what her problem was but all he was doing is he job. This is not the first time I came and that manager had a rude attitude and every time I come and she’s there she’s always outside smoking even if inside and drive through are full.
Desired outcome: N/a just need better service
