The Krystal at 3562 Highway 138 Stockbridge, Ga. 32081.. First off Pulled up to Drive thru sat. foe about 5 mins. finally blowed my horn & finally someone said welcome to Krystal. I stated I wanted 12 Krystal's, NO cheese, two chilies & fries. The girl said to pull around to the second window. As I was waiting in line the car in front paid for his order, The lady at the window gave him three drinks closed the window a few mins later gave him another drink closed the window, a few mins later gave him two bags closed the window. a few mins later opened the window gave him another bag at witch time I guess he checked the bag & drove off. I pulled up the girl opened the window ask for the money Gave me my order Upon checking the bag it had cheese on the Krystal's I knocked on the window Told the lady that I did not want cheese on the Krystal's gave her the bag back at which time she closed the window disappeared, Came back & stated that the girl who took the order stated I asked for cheese twice, I stated I stated to the girl I wanted 12 Krystal's with NO cheese. she closed the window then opened the window stated they were making my Krystal's would I please move to a parking spot, AT which time I stated NO, that the gentlemen in front waited about ten mins & was never asked to move so I was not going to park. a couple mins later a guy aske me to park I told hime no for the same reason. Now I have waited for several mins. `plenty time to make 12 krystals` a few more mins passed & the Manager came to the window & ask what the problem was I explained it to her & that I was not going to park, at which time she stated I did not have to park. Now aster about 10 Mons just sitting at the window Finally was given my order, Givien my order The window opened My order was stuck out the window with not even a word of any sort. It is really sad to see Krystal service go down the tubes like it is as I have three relatives retire from krystal in the Atlanta area over the past several years.

The receipt says the cashier name was Morrissa and the host name was Katelyn This is my 5TH time going to this location. THEY were very very very rude the line was slow all the orders got messed up THEY TRIED TO GIVE ME SOMEONE ELSE'S ORDER. Then when I get my order the food was cold and nasty looking... I will never visit this location again their phone number is [protected]. This location need new management and a new staff.
