I bought a skirt from the Cato store in stone mountain. I went today 01/02/2022 to return the skirt and the cashier #106 accused me of wearing the skirt. she tried to deny me the return. I would have returned the skirt on Saturday, but the store was not open. The skirt had never been worn because it did not fit, and the cashier claims it had a stain and knicks in the skirt I told her the skirt had never been worn and was in the bag the whole time so that was impossible unless the skirt was already sold like that. she asked me to come the next day to return the skirt when her manager was there and I told her no. she called her manager, and the manager must have told her to issue the refund. I asked the cashier where are these knicks that you are referring to and she could not show me. I will never ever go into another Cato store again. The skirt was like 20 something dollars and this cashier had the nerve to assume I would wear the skirt and bring it back like the skirt cost hundreds of dollars, I would never waste my time returning it if it had been worn. The customer service is disgraceful. I will never spend a dollar in your store and will tell any and everyone I know how this store operates.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
