Covers & All - RV cover

This is the worst company that I have ever done business with. They sent me the wrong size cover, and I sent photos and a video back to them to prove it. They said that wasn't good enough, their records show it is the correct size even though it was made in India and never verified in the USA. The size is off by 3 FEET, not just inches. Also, you cannot talk to customer service by phone. I am in the process of doing a chargeback with by credit card since they won't replace this cover. Take your business elsewhere, DON'T buy anything here!

Daniel Kemp is the service rep, totally worthless. I would fire him today if he worked for me!

Desired outcome: Refund or replacement of cover
