I ordered a small triangle shade to cover my front door entrance from Covers & All back in early November. Unfortunately, despite a promised delivery date of 4/12, there was no contact and no update. Just before Christmas, I was informed that delivery would be on 16/12, but this date also passed without any notice. I reached out to them on 4/1 to inquire about the delay and requested a refund if they could not fulfill the order. To my surprise, I received a long email insulting my intelligence and explaining that the delay was due to the impact of COVID-19 and that my order was allegedly being made in the US.
It turns out that my order had not even been commenced, and it would take another 2 weeks to complete it. On 8/1, I received a DHL text message that the delivery would be made by 14/1, and finally, the delivery arrived from India - not AU or US as I had been led to believe. Unfortunately, the item was unsatisfactory, to say the least. Not one side of the triangle was straight, and the measurements were not what I had sent them. Additionally, it was too long and had been made in two separate pieces poorly sewn together. As a result, it was unusable and looked like a piece of scrap.
I would not recommend working with Covers & All since they seem to be incompetent and not professional. It is not worth the hassle, and I would not want anyone else to have a similar experience.
