Formal Complaint Regarding Unresolved Service at Meineke Car Care Center #2977 – Warner Robins, GA
Dear Meineke Customer Service Team,
I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I received at your Warner Robins, Georgia location (Meineke Car Care Center #2977). As a student visiting from Canada, I trusted Meineke’s reputation for professional automotive care. Unfortunately, my experience was marked by poor workmanship, dismissive treatment, and unresolved issues that have left me frustrated and financially burdened.
I initially brought my vehicle in to address a known air conditioning leak. My father, a certified mechanic in Canada, had already diagnosed the issue and identified a leak in the tubing. I shared this information with the store manager, but it was ignored. Instead, the staff repeatedly guessed at the problem and proceeded with service that failed to resolve it.
I was charged $293.25 (Invoice #3441) for repairs that did not fix the issue. When I returned to the store, I was told I would need to pay an additional invoice # 3369- $277.49 to continue the repair. The manager — who demonstrated limited mechanical knowledge — spoke with my father and admitted that further work was required. This left me feeling misled and pressured into spending more money without a clear explanation or guarantee of resolution.
