Hey my name is valerie clay, i'm a assistant manager at store 693. I'm reaching out regarding a transfer that I had no knowledge of nor never ask if I will transfer. Was told on friday 1-22-21 from my district manager and store manager that I was transferring to store 660per human resources and per illegal and she gave me a card saying if I have any questions call mr. Fraizer which karen told me he was human resource spoke with him on monday 1-18-21 I stated karen told me if I had any questions about the transfer call you and I ask him why was I being transfer his response was I requested to be transferred I told I never ask for a transfer so what do I need to do? Is it because of the complaints I reported regarding discrimination racism and retaliation I been reporting. Every time I inform the district manager (karen) nothing happen she stated that she her for her manger (terri) I feel that this transfer is clearly retaliation shouldn't nobody be treated the way they treat me and other black african american that work their if you speak up it's a bigger problem there (karen and terri) words when ask what to do is just shut up and don't say nothing every complaint terri get she automatically accuse me are she will say I know them because their black (I don't know every black person that comes in the store) i'm reaching out hoping that you y'all could help me in some way. I like working at store 693 I do the best I can my work skill is above average I have reach out to my district manager about the matter no reply i'm sorry she don't like me because of how I was created I can't change that thanks for your time valerie clay 1-27-21

I totally agree having this same issue at Henderson NC location. I believe EVERYONE SHOULD BE TREATED EQUAL AND FAIR REGARDLESS OF THE COLOR OF YOUR SKIN. Extremely poor management/leadership
