Rez. #K7084407689. I was double charged for this reservation. I paid Booking.com $403.27 for a Ford Expedition or similar. We got a similar Chevy Suburban. Thrifty at Lihue then charged me $489.93. I need a refund to my card for $489.93 as I already paid for rental and both have been billed to my Hawaiian Airlines credit card. I have filed a request online and have not received a response from either Booking.com or Thrifty. Someone call me at [protected].
