Subway - Online order

Ordered online and didn't want the sandwich toasted but figured they'd at least warm up the steak and the bacon. When we got home with the order the steak and the bacon were cold.
They didn't even warm up the steak or the bacon. Also realized once we got home that they didn't give me the drink or the chips with our order and we ordered the fresh value meal. The online form doesn't give you all the chip options or a microwave option.

Desired outcome: Refund and change the online to give the microwave option not just toasted
