I had 2 exterior doors and a patio door purchased and installed. In about June of 21 I ordered 2 exterior doors and a patio door ordered. They told me they were backlogged but I should get them in around August. In the end of October they came in and they called to setup install. Originally the salesperson told me I could ask for weekend installation. The person in the phone said no. I had to take off time from work to be there for installation. I did this on 2 occasions. Both times I was stood up. Once they called me the other time they did not. Then they tried setting up install on the weekend and that was cancelled two more times. After this they tried to set up another one telling me the supervisors were going to call me and offer a discount for all my troubles and delays. This never happened. They finally showed up 2 weeks before Christmas and did the install. I was told by the salesperson that I could keep my storms and they would put them back on. The doors were too expensive for me to buy storms too. The install technician said the salesperson was wrong and they don't do that anymore and would void warranty. They did not reinstall the storms. This whole experience was terrible. From all aspects, poor salesperson, poor customer service, poor communication, poor follow through. All NOT worth the expense. I will never use Telecom again and will not endorse them to friends, family and co-workers.
Desired outcome: Doors installed but not as intended without storms and very poor timing and delays
