I have called 5 times & emailed 3 times since April 2021 (phone reps are professional & pleasant. I have not received a response to any emails)
Within the past 9 months, retirement solutions have lost/claimed that they never received the requested and important forms needed for survivor benefits. TWICE they have "not received" all of these documents. I have tried faxing and more recently, I decided to mail them. Once again, they claim to have not received all the forms, it is getting ridiculous and almost seems purposeful. Now, they claim to have not received the notary(page 9). In fact, I did mail the notary along with all the other forms directly after going to my bank, Spokane Teacher's Credit Union, and getting the notary. I'm asking that someone please double-check the forms that I have sent, the notary will be there. Please let me know when the notary is found. Also, I have received other people's private and important financial documents, persons who live in a different state and who in no way have similar names, numbers, etc. as myself or others living here. Combined, this brings me to the conclusion that Transamerica is highly disorganized and dishonest. Locating the 1st or 2nd notary, I sent, would be much appreciated. Please let me know.
Desired outcome: that one of the two notaries be found, and I receive an apology for this 9-month Transamerica headache
