Complaint against Pam manager in hull iowa. She in the last year or more has sexual harassed a male employee only male at that time documentatuon recording witnesses will be shown in court. She has rubbed her body on him constantly talking inappropriate things to make employee. He was offered first assistant job but that was taken away when he was on medical leave due to ankle surgery which was given to Pam's best friend which should be against company policy. He took second assistant job without complaining to keep his job and not cause drama. Pam has is constantly making it difficult for him such as making him work more than eight hours even tho he provided a doctor's note saying he can't work more. She has wrote him up on something she herself is doing. Pam has male employee do what she has two three or more people do when he is not scheduled to work. He does the work by himself. She will keep making it difficult due to him rejecting her sexual advances. She is completely obsessed with him. Male employee is her best worker doesn't like drama but has reached his breaking point. Lawsuit will be filed against her Casey's. Witnesses recordings documentation of harrassmemt will be provided. Pam is not a good role model for Caseys and will keep making his job at Casey's miserable. Complaint has been filed lawyer hired and hopefully harrassmemt discrimination will be shown that Casey's will not allow it. Male employee has done nothing but work hard for your company and deserves justice.
