Iam complaining about my dis. Manager
I've ask for a schedule and haven't got one i ask for time to be with my wife for her surgery and didn't get. My store still sinks all they do is mask it we have given are available and it was ignored can't get are oven fix evan after putting in a work order they say are new people are train at other stores and they an't look i don't complain much and I do go above my duty but ther has to be something done the store stinks and we have lost a lot of are customers and I havnt had an evaluation for 2 years and I would like a raise

Manager #4330
I was recently in the store shopping and witnessed a lot of standing around playing on phones with fellow Co workers behind the counter. I have witnessed so many situations of favoritism between the Manager and the her best buddies and family. I have been disregarded with fountain machine not working, coffee machines not working and told to just deal with it. There is no reason for personal display of affection between Manager and Co worker which is not acceptable behavior. Something really needs to be done with the Manager of store #4330 before it goes south in a hurry and gets shut down.

Was giving wrong and smaller sized food items that I ordered
I placed a order on Thursday May 2nd around 10:00 pm for a large specialty pizza and a large 28 piece order of peanut butter crispy bites and was delivered at around 11:00 pm and what I received wasn't the large items I ordered I immediately contacted casey's and sent a screenshot of my order and was told that an (amazing) team member would get ahold of me shortly and I still haven't heard or received and thing back in response to my complaint I just wanted what I ordered and paid for and would like this issue to not be ignored and be resolved and to be refunded I'm a loyal customer and I would like something done in a timely manner i'm a loyal paying customer and I don't deserve this kind of treatment please respond back with concerns to my issue I addressed I posted a screenshot of my order receipt what I was charged

We ordered pizzas online and only had gotten one correct pizza delivered to us and I called them and they said I had to bring proof of the missed up pizzas and I did that and they refuse to give me a refund and to replace the pizzas we had paid for and the managers were very unprofessional and rude and they kept saying that I couldn't be on the permiss if I was going to be mad about getting screwed out of my money or food

Management at the early iowa
I am a former employee. the reason I left is Kelli Bendixen refuse to follow my restriction of pregnancy and she does not help in the rushes of business. When we got busy. she puts employees down. if the job is not done her way, she gets upset also gets mad if you make a mistake. she has favorites and she rubs it in. also never received my last check.
Desired outcome: to receive my last 100 Dolars and to see improvement in management as a customer I refuse to work for her ever again.
Owner posting wrong gas prices on gasbuddy
I checked the price of premium gas in my area today on the gas buddy app and the lowest price was at Mobil #520 at Grand Ave. & York Rd. In Elmhurst IL. The price was 4.39/gal & when I got to the station with in 10 minutes the price was 4:45/gal & gas Buddy still said 4.39. I updated it to the correct price of 4:45 at 6:31 and by 7:17 it was back at 4.39. I updated it at 7:19 to the correct price and now it’s back at 4:39 posted by owner. This needs to stop. I have screenshots of the changes with time stamp. At 7:45 owner changed back to 4:39.
Desired outcome: I want the posted price of 4:39. I purchased 8.85 gallons at 4:45 instead of 4.39 and the owner to stop misleading customers.

As a person who does not eat pork ! I find it very offensive all you sale is pork made food, in the a.m besides has browns , and when I ask for a egg biscuit . I'm told I have to pay for yhe sausage, and if I want the sausage replaced I must than pay for the egg! As well

I was in this store today and the other day, and they manager store team lead is awful. She don’t have respect for customer nor her employees. The other day I was in there and she was so rude to the employee for asking a question. The management is always outside, they were outside for an hour and half straight one day. Also a employee cut her finger and cut it pretty deep, where she could probably use a couple stitches and nobody would help her get it cleaned up, or nothing, won’t let her go get it checked out, REALLY? She is working in the kitchen today with this bandage on her hand and don’t have gloves on cause there is none. Something needs done at this store this is the worse at I have ever saw Casey’s. Store manager don’t know what she is doing obviously. I been going into these stores on a daily basis after today I will not step a foot into this store at least.

I urge you to take immediate action to address this issue and ensure that all employees at the Corning location are educated about the importance of treating every customer with respect and dignity, regardless of their disabilities. This may include implementing sensitivity training and adopting inclusive policies that foster a welcoming environment for all patrons, regardless of their abilities.
