A month ago we bought a water softener and water filtration system. Our water is bad and we felt we needed to do this.
We must be naive, because when someone gives us a price we accept that this is the cost. I have since found out that
this system is sold for at least half or less than what we paid for it. I am sure that it is buyer beware. This just eats at me
thinking that we were such fools as this will be a major strain on our finances. Is there anything that we can do. My
husband says that we signed the contract and we are stuck. Is this so? The system seems to work fine, but I don't think
that it is ethical to sell to one person twice what another person pays for the same thing.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

Rain soft is a scam! All lies. We were willing to pay 7, 000 to have good water.. Well the system worked for one day. probably added lots of bleach.. We live out in the country and its hard to get good water. Well we never paid them a dime. They should have been honest and told us that it might not work out here.. Well they never bothered us again, If they do, we will get a lawyer. Horbaby people and totally a scam! Thank Kathy

Karen I am behind you on this, how true that they take advantage of a person when they are down. We cancelled within the time limit and was talked into keeping it until the salesperson could come talk with us. Well guess what, that was just a scam to make sure the check cleared first, and now all we do is play phone tag. I feel we should unite and get our money back. I have documentation of phone bills of calling and cancelling. I guess we should take it to the next step. We are dealing with the same company you are.
