I moved into a small mobile in January 2022. I called Amerigas to tell them I’d be moving out on October 3rd 2022. I told them not to bother filling tank as no one would occupy residence. They came 2 days before I moved and filled the tank anyway. I called and complained and told them the bill was to be sent to my landlord who would NOT BE HAPPY that they refilled it. So to keep him happy, I paid that amount of nearly $103.00 if I remember right. Jump forward to May 9th 2023. I’m being billed again. I have no knowledge of who lives in my old residence. Now I have to go through the whole procedure of calling and trying to talk to someone who cannot speak English to not be held responsible for the bill.
Desired outcome: I want my name taken off the bill and someone to check that tank because I know no one lives there and it has not been used to my knowledge.
