Save-A-Lot - racial comments

This is a compliment and a complaint... Compliment: I am a retired combat veteran, and I run a youth group in illinois and missouri for troubled children and teenagers. I used to love shopping in your stores on both sides of the river because of the great prices and friendly worked. Sometimes a couple of kids would tag along in order to assist me with the very large orders that we needed on a weekly basis. We especially loved shopping in the alton store, because of a employee named kat, who would always go above and beyond to assist us. I am not easily impressed; but her ability to assist us, and still perform her other duties was amazing. We actually decided to only shop at your alton location because she always made the underprivileged kids feel important... So I have to thank you guys for hiring someone like this, that could set a good example for our youth.
Complaint: a few days ago, we entered your alton store, and one of your employees named robert made a comment to another male employee and to a female employee name missy. They all laughed as they looked at the kids with me in disgust. Seeing and hearing someone say"why does he have to bring [censored]s and spics in here? The store is dirty enough already", was something that these kids thought that they would never have to experience in this type of environment. Even though these kids com from the streets and broken homes, they can still be caught off guard and be hurt.in this day and age, if racial comments like these are made to the wrong people, anything could happen, and none of it would be pleasant. It was getting late, and we needed almost seven (7) full carts of supplies, so we ignored them and continued to shop. What is even more scarrier, is that as we were exiting the store, we walked by the front office, and your prejudice employee robert, was conducting job interviews. Why would you guys hire someone like this. Why would you guys let someone like this conduct job interviews. I have two (2) bank accounts in alton, and if save-a-lot is conducting thorough background checks, you guys would know that your prejudice employee robert, was fired from a local bank for attempting to file a false injury report for "slip and fall" that never occurred. I loved your store until this happened, and I pray that save-a-lot handles this problem correctly. I don't want to tell veterans, charities, and other accounts that i'm aquatinted with about this unfortunate incident. I also work with six (6) very large churches who were about to exclusively shop in your stores... You guys need more hard workers like kat; and no workers like robert, that just pretend to work and insult underprivileged children.

December 6th between 1040pm-1100pm. Not sure if your stores have overnight stockers. My wife and myself saw a tall white male employee (wearing blue Save-a-lot shirt and blue pants)'placing very full Save-a-lot bags into dumpster behind the store, and about three (3) minutes later, a car pulls up to the dumpster, with the same person who placed the bags in the dumpster, get out of the passenger side of the vehicle, and quickly but gently remove eight(8) bags from the dumpster, and then place them into the back seat of the car he was riding in.
