Panera Bread - Over priced, poor customer service at window

September 26 2023 at Panera, 2987 Kirk Rd, Aurora, IL 60502.

$12 for a salad so small I'd call it a snack, not a meal. My option was to pay even more for a salad so big I can't finish it. $12 for a few ounces of salad. That is insane.

I asked twice for butter to go with the bread. They didn't include any. The bread was 3" long. Again, a snack at best.

I will never eat at a Panera again. Years ago I stopped going to the one on Orchard Road in Aurora because they were closed twice during posted operational hours for a 'Team Meeting'. I drive 10 miles round trip only to look into the window and see all the employees inside with the doors locked.

What is up with this company?

Desired outcome: Panera will go out of business.
