Their pharmacy is closed. You can not transfer prescription because there is no pharmacist. People with life threatening disease can not get their medicine. The manager was uncaring and rude.

Pharmacy has been unethical, lied to my Dr. on multiple occasions. This time is holding my script 20 days past my refill. I call the1-800 # they say it is up to the discretion of the pharmacist. Do I need to make an appointment with the pharmacists now. What a JOKE. MY doctor prescribes these medications for a reason, call my Doctor if you think something is wrong. Walgreens has charged me 159$ instead of 13$ because 4 TIMES because WALGREENS screwed up my pre-authorizations. There is an AFRICAN AMERICAN pharmacists who is very RUDE...next time she talks to me like she did...she may need a visit to the dentist. I provided receipts and pre-authorization. Yet this pharmacists continues to harass me.

I have a coupon for $10 on my Eliquis RX but I was Charged $40. I called the pharmacy, they said they would have to call corp. Well after a while I called the store (#05188) talked with pharmacy manger Stef, she told me I takes time. After 8 months I call walgreens corp. they never a record of my complaint. So I filed a case # [protected]. Called crop. on 6/6/22 they transferred me to the walgreens n Bloomington and they says you have to call the 3rd party. I asked who the 3rd party was she didn't know.
