I have been trying to get my Losartan prescription refilled and again big delays. They say the contact my Dr for refill but Dr says no they didn't.
Dr called in 2 refills yesterday and the only filled one. Said it would be ready yesterday. I check online this morning and it said ready by 11 AM. Now it says in progress. Pretty poor service. It also shows 30 day but Dr asked for 90 days.

Carrol, this is completely unacceptable. When it comes to your health, you deserve reliable service, not delays and confusion. Don't take this lightly. Go directly to the pharmacy and demand to speak with the manager. Make sure they understand the importance of your medication and insist they sort this out immediately. Keep pushing until you get the service you deserve. Your health is too important to let this slide. Stay firm and don't let them off the hook until everything is sorted out correctly.
