September 24, 2023 at 9:02pm. My $20 bill jammed the lottery machine, the security guard witnesses the incident and tried to get the jammed $20 it was unsuccessful. I was told by the workers to come back in the morning because the general manager is the only one with the lottery machine key. So on Monday, September 25, 2023 I arrived at BP at for the general manager Jamie he walked over to the machine and said I was lying, he was yelling at me in front of all the many morning customers in the store. Many city workers who I know. He was yelling loud as I told him to lower his voice but he didn't. He was extremely unprofessional, he then called the police and lie to them saying I pointed my finger in his face as if I had a gun. The police saw the camera and the police said general manager Jamie is lying. But the general manager told police he wants to file a police report against me and he felt threatened for his life. General Manager Jamie refused in front of a Sargent officer to squashed his egotistic behavior and he refuse to accept an apology from me that he didn't deserve. No woman deserves to be yelled at in public front of anyone. His entire staff showed nothing but fear and embarrassment at the same time they were all afraid of losing there job. I'm 1000% sure he had each work sign a statement in his favor. BP please note as a general manager you do not call 911 for a none emergency. BP I will be filing a discrimination complaint with Human Rights because my rights were violated. Last but not least general manager Jamie customer service skills poor representation of BP.
