I finally received my item/dress on [protected] and It was totally different and not what I expected it to look like. This was intended to be the dress to wear for my birthday. Totally and completely disappointed in the look. It looked nothing like the advertisement. I would like to be refunded for this item please. This is my first and certainly my last time ordering from this company because I can't trust anything else that I may order. This is the very reason I don't like to shop.
