Queenfy Shirts

Scam. Do not order from Queenfy. Ordered two shirts. They were not true to size. Emailed for refund. Was made offers to keep the non fitting clothes and get 20% back. After denying multiple offers attempted to get a refund through PayPal. They sent me an address in China that no carrier could find. Very disappointed. Just want to return the items and get a refund.

Desired outcome: Refund of 62.00

Queenfy Product is false advertisement, it’s nothing like what I ordered

I ordered a jogging suit that was a Jersey cotton lined with fleece, what I received was a thin polyester with no lining. It took a month to receive and when I emailed them about returning the merchandise for a refund they countered with keep it and they'll refund 10%, I declined and they offered 15%, they sent a China address fir me to pay fir shipping

Queenfy never received my item

I'm gonna Sue the [censored] out of your company for fraud you took my money never received my item I'm contacting my attorney first thing tomorrow I emailedyour company over 20 times you never responded to none of my emails I closed my dispute case with f****** PayPal you still have not sent my tracking or I will be contacting my attorney first thing tomorrow and also filing a police report against your company for false advertisement and for fraudulent activity on my credit card

Queenfy product and service

I bought three outfits from the site, which were adequately made, but all were I'll-fitting; too high in the inseams, too long in the arms and legs. I emailed asking for a refund and was emailed back immediately and asked if I wanted an exchange. I'd ordered the smallest sizes, so I couldn't exchange, therefor I asked again for a refund. I was told that the clothes come from China and it's just as expensive to ship them back. Then I was asked to give them to my friends and they could give me a 20% refund. I said that there's refund policy is misleading and I wouldn't buy from their site again. They never responded and now I'm out of $85. I will never buy from this "company" again. Please beware!

Queenfy dress

I purchased the "Read It" Shirtdress in a 2X. Clearly it was mislabeled because It didn't fit my daughter who wears a size 10. The sleeves were sewn so narrow that you could not get it pass your forearm. I sent the company 3 emails with no response. I contacted PayPal and lodged a complaint. They want me to mail it to Shanghai, China (all the packaging came from New York and if I'd known that's where it came from I would have never ordered it), wait for Quenfy to receive it, and then I will receive my credit. Shipping costs are from $46-$76. The dress cost $31. It's not worth the money. This is a terrible company that produces cheaply made inferior clothing.

Queenfy wrong product damaged terrible workmanship bad product

I bought three outfits from them they were not as shown see through terrible quality workmanship threads everywhere falling apart bad product buyer beware read all the bad reviews on this company so what happened to me doesn't happen to you you will be sorry when you deal with them they do not they make you pay for return shipping even though it's their own fault and you will be mailing it to China they are not in New York New York

Queenfy bob marley dress and bra

I'm not sure where to begin! This all started in march 2018 it is now may 2018! I bought a dress and bra that were 5x my size literally I have pictures to prove it. We have emailed back and forth. Still no resolution! Someone help me because I want my $40.00 back! If I would have known this company was such a fraud I would have never purchased anything. Hindsight is 20/20 I'll never give them a dime. When I went to FedEx to send the items back they said it wasn't worth it because I would be spending $100.00 just to return them to china!

I am a first time customer I just received my order #[protected] 49 I ordered two items a swim suit and a pair of the Destroyed boyfriend jeans the jeans are a rip off these are not the same jeans they are nothing like the jeans advertised the material is cheap I am a very dissatisfied customer the price i paid for the jean was to much for what i received

Queenfy product not received

I ordered on March 23rd and still haven't heard anything or received anything. The order Status is still the same. Everytime I try to call no one answers the phone and I can't leave s message or call back number. Terrible Customer Service and I'm starting to believe that this is a scam . I will call my bank and cancel and will Report your business as a scam page. Every business would apologize or reach out to Customers.

Queenfy half sleeve solid color dress (red)

The dress I order do not look like the dress on the picture, it's a different fabric and design. I am not happy at all with this dress it look like they put something together at the last minute. Also pay extra money to get my dress expedited and the dress came late. They want to give you a discount, but not what you order. I will never recommend anybody to order anything from this company.

Queenfy still have not received items

Hello,

I have called and emailed multiple times about an order that I have yet to receive. I ordered three items back on March 15th, and I still have not gotten anything. According to the shipping website, it is still "processing". When Can I expect to get my order? And if I should not expect it, I would like a full refund. There seems to be no way to get a hold of anybody at this company! Please respond!

Queenfy order number 95177

I made a purchase on 3/24/18 I cancelled purchase same day. You debit my card after I cancel order on 3/26/18 I went back and forth with a Elle and Mike, finally Ellie confirm on 3/28 that funds would be refunded. I have not received my refund. I am considering taking legal action at this time. I should have to still be waiting on a refund from a cancellation from 3/24/18

Queenfy I am complaining about the striped backless bodycon dress

I ordered the dress and received it outside of the allotted shipping time. On top of that the dress was defective. The strings weren't long enough to even lace up the back. I emailed them with the problem as soon as I got the dress off. They wanted to give me 20% off and a 20% coupon, so they wouldn't have to pay for the return shipping. When it clearly states on their website if they are responsible for the defective dress they would pay for the shipping and refund money. I've been going back and forth with their "fake" customer service department for the past 3 days and have yet to get some form of customer service. They are responsible for sending out a defective dress. I can't do anything with the dress.

"If you have chosen the wrong size/color or do not like the item (item is not faulty), we allow a return once we have received relevant information. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges incurred on returned/exchanged merchandise.

No exchange or return or amendments on promotional items or items on sale.

III . Exchange & Refund

You are guaranteed to obtain a refund or an exchange once we have received your return.

Ⅳ . Shipping Fees

Queenfy is not liable for shipping fees under the following circumstances:
Garment doesn't fit;
Customer has changed mind or dislikes the item."

Queenfy order that I took too long to get and getting refund a partial amount

I ordered a dashiki dress about two weeks ago and I contacted them about it and they said it is not the warehouse yet and that they will refund me a partial refund of $2.34. They gave me a discount on purchasing another item for 20 percent. I don't want to buy anything else because i am already being ripped off of what I ordered. I paid $25 plus the shipping on that dress. I want my full refund back.

I ordered this and never received it. I contact them and gave me a 20 percent discount encouraging me to order something else from them. They refund me $2.34. I want my whole refund back.

Scammers!

Don’t go anywhere near them. Don’t be fooled by the clothing. Clothing not what it seems. They need shutting down but, as someone said in another comment, they will only open up in another name. FRAUDSTERS! Just always do your reviews before any ordering from these sites that pops up on Facebook or on adverts. Cheap, wrong size and no communication. Keep your money and stick to high street brands.

Queenfy 84666 black dress

This item looks nothing like the dress on the Queenfy website. The quality is very poor. The sizing is off and does not match the size chart on the company website. In order to get a refund you have to send email and then send to a Chinese address. The customer is responsible for paying shipping to China. This is ridiculous. I will never order from them again.

Queenfy online order

I purchased two pullover shirts and a pair o.k. boyfriend jeans.the shirts was literally cut off at the bottom and never hem back up the jeans had hanging thread everywhere and their where no return label. I made the mistake ordering from this at home website, do not make the same [censor] up like I did. The clothes are of cheap material and very poorly done. I can take pics and post if that will help the next person for. Losing their money, I lost $85.00 and change.

I'm not complaining, but I want to return the dress. It didn't fit me. How do I return? It also didn't look like what I thought it would look like. I love your clothes and do plan to continue to shop there, but I want to return this dress. I couldn't find a return address. I would also like a refund. I tried emailing, but I didn't receive an answer.
