Hello,
I would like to let you know about the incident at the shell gas station at 4001 n. Laramie, chicago il 60641 on sept. 01.2023. I was getting gas and when I was done, for some reason the pump didn't stop and the gas was splashing all around. I was soaked in gas. Pressed the assistance button and when nobody came I went inside. I told about the incident. I was in big shock. Nobody showed any interest in the customer well-being and the place safety.
