bought a 25 fuel card from shell in new lisbon, wi and it has no value. i have called the store for weeks and am told to call back when the manager is in. reached julie yesterday and she will not activate the card i paid for, complaining about short staff, and doesnt have time. filed a dispute with shell verbally and in writing and they have not responded.

I'm in Boardman Ohio. Stations at corner of Market St and Indianola Rd. I go into store, other custumers are inside. I almost didn't think cashier was by register, she was bent down leaning over counter. I greeted her politely then she says i SMELLED like popcorn. She even had the nerve to ask if i had been around popcorn. I reminded her others in store. I held my anger in and got through the transaction.

Just thinking maybe cashiers need to mind their business and make customers happy. Maybe use a tissue and blow the before work junk out of their nose before clocking in and interacting with customers!

I stopped to get gas around 10:30 p.m. on 9/16/2023, the manager who for some reason never speaks to me and as you can tell I’m a gold member and She’ll is where I get my gas,I put my rewards number in and it didn’t take it so I said let me try this other number and he said with a smirk on his face you can can’t try another number which I knew he was lying,I will NOT be belittled by any Store Manager and therefore I don’t see me visiting any Shell Establishment in the future unless this matter is dealt promptly.

I went into the Shell gas station on 2423 Acton Rd. Wed September 13 at 8:35 pm and tried to get gas with rolled change. It was already embarrassing for me to have to use rolled change but to have the attendant refuse to except it and very rudely humiliate me was completely unprofessional and uncalled for. I will never use another shell because of this. I can understand not excepting change when there is a sign or notice saying such but when there is nothing displayed I didn't think it was allowed and then to be so rude and hateful on top of that is just completely unacceptable and uncalled for.1

On 2023/09/05 I visited the shell filling station at honeydew on the corner of blueberry street to fill up on fuel before the fuel price hike at midnight.

I requested fuel for R600 which I buy every week which is 26,300 litres at the current fuel price before the price hike.

The attendant poured the fuel for R600 into my vehicle,

I paid for the fuel to the value of R600 as requested,to my dismay the slip showed only 24,460 litres had been poured.

Shell filling station in honeydew had increased the fuel levy before the prescribed time.

I went back the following morning to enquirer.the supervisor on duty,admitted to the price increase and refunded me R45,20.

So they robbed and admitted it.

How many other people did they also rob them of they’re hard earned money.

I am highly dissatisfied in the manner this happened,I had been robbed of R45,20 by the franchise.

The Pickering Schell Station had people come from The Molson Indy that gave out gas cards of $25.00. Both my husband and I were there and we did not get one. Could you please send two to us as we support your station multi times in a month that all adds up in a year. This is not acceptable as we were there as well as others that did not get these gas cards. It was a promotion that was not fulfilled. I look forward to speaking with you.

Beware of this garage!

This whole ordeal began in April, when I took my 2019 Chevrolet to them to replace the front and rear brake pads. Three months later, I hear a high pitch screeching noise every time I apply the brakes. Forced to take it to another mechanic on short notice, they tell me that the brake pads were not properly serviced causing it to seize and damage the rotor.

I also took my wife’s 2002 Toyota to them to replace the bearing (around the same time). After picking up the vehicle and driving it home on the highway, the car begins to shake violently (I was unable to take it back to them as they were closed for march break). I then take this to a friend’s mechanic, and they tell me that the bearing was not changed! Mind you I have paid for everything in full!

I will be filing a complaint with the better business bureau against this garage. Please stay away from this garage, they reinforce the negative stereotypes associated with mechanics!

After putting 60 gas I go to the fair pump pay the 2 and pump all the tires. One was a little low the others where between 37psi-33psi. They all needed to be at 35PSI. When I drove off I realized all my tires are now below 28PSI. I walked In explained myself and showed my receipt to the attendant. He was helpful and pulled out the 2 from the register and the other attendee named Michael butted into our conversation and said "don't give it to him, What if he is a thief". Wow is this what you train your people to do, I am holding a receipt for 60plus dollars in gas and you have cameras all over your store. This is how you react to a customer.

I was shocked I told Michale in would report him. The other guy gave me the 2$ as Michael said " Report whoever you like I don't give a F__K. and they won't do [censored] about it. OK...

I walked outside and as I am getting into my car this guy Michael is writing down my tag number. I put my camera on him and he turns around quickly, them walks out. I asked him if he wanted my address I'm not threatened by this guy I even offered for him to try to come over to my house.

Customer service is not for everyone and when you overlook that you start loosing customers to other chains of gas stations,

Shell sucks they sell out American workers to the Philippines which is a total disaster. Better off talking to a rock.3Ttext me I said I have no cell phone that is why I HAD to talk to you. Of course, I said I wish Shell would use people in the A. Every person I know HATES that they have to. She hung up this is why so many people hate this sell-out.2 weeks ago they were to send replacement cards to my house with an updated address guess what they dropped the ball and sent it to the wrong address. They also said someone charged money. Then they said they will cancel and this time send it to the correct address. Might as well go talk to a rock again
