I am Robert from Dekalb I recently bought. a 85 inch t.v. with a new sound bar and interment center to place everything on Had to order the t. v stand after being told could have next day. WAS told 1 week that came and went then it was another week for delivery. Geek squad came out set everything up and much to my dismay. The sound bar doesn't seem to be set-up correctly. Got a broken leg on a brand new tv stand my land line seems to of been disconnected. Talked to store manger was refered to another person who set up a appointment. to fix everything ok I was good with that now today geek squad was supposed to be at my house. on june 5 2023 to fix everything nobody! showed up went back to store and was flat out lied to again! and was to I never made a appt. I no I did. I spent aprox $3000.00 at this Dekalb IL 60115 store and all I can't get is lies! what ever happen to costumer service? And being honest? WHY LIE? is the truth to much to much to ask for
Desired outcome: I want everything fixed to my satisfaction. Just fix every thing the way its intended to be set a date a time to come and not tell me no more lies
