We get insurance on everything we get through Rent a Center.We sent in our reciever almost 7 months ago.We were advised 3 months ago that main board was shot and would be replaced.6 weeks go by, nothing.told they would have to get us a new reciever. 2 months later, still waiting Why is customer service NOT a priority?Insurance is in place for a reason, we are paying for a service that is not being delivered by the company
