CVS - The website of cvs pharmacy located at 3201 w. 95th st. Evergreen park,il.

JUNE 07, 2023 This complaint is regarding the Cvs pharmacy located at 3201 W. 95th St., Evergreen Park, Il. 60805. I have an issue with the website for this location being "down", unavailable "frequently for extended periods of time. not for a few hours, but for "days at a time". This has been going on since the fall of 2022.

On Sunday, June 4th, I attempted to access the website at the above location, to access my account, and the pharmacy to check the status of prescriptions which needed refill to no avail. on Tuesday, June 6th, as the website "remains downs". I finally had to call them in, and the additional time it took to ask the pharmacist to go down the lists of medications which are due for refill. This is time consuming, and an inconveinance for me as a customer. as of today's date, at 1:30 P.M. their website remains "down".

Desired outcome: My desired results is that Cvs pharmacy corporate offices would upgrade the websites for all Cvs locations, so that customers will not be consistently inconvienanced. Tanya Boradnax

CVS - Erica, store manager

on 2/13/2021 I went into store #2790 approximately 1p.m. I took 4 items up to the register where Erica was standing, there were no other customers in line. My daughter walked up behind me just as I asked Erica to price check 3 of the 4 items which were in cosmetics. she scanned 2 of them and when I told her to check the 3 item she said she could not price check another item and I could use the price check as she says, "I've got a line". I told her then just ring them up and if they ring for the wrong price then she will have to take them off. She walked away from the register and went to the one on her right which was closed, she proceeded to open the register and told the next customer to walk up. I just stood there in disbelief, the other customer was as surprised as me. Erica comes back to the other register and scans the 3rd item which I told her rung up wrong, she says that she can only sale me one of the items if the price was wrong. I offered to get her the clearance tag from the shelf but, she said she wasn't interested. I went to the back of the store and asked a young man at the pharmacy for the store manager only to find out that she was the manager. I told him of her rude downright disrespectful unforgiving disposition. He told me he would let his boss know but, I want to make sure CVS knows that this woman is reckless and is in no way management material. she is trouble and this will not be the last report on her. These are difficulty times for us all and to have someone address you with a "matter of fact," "I don't care", point of view rather than a "I'm here to service you" is a recipe for disaster. Desired outcome: she needs sensitivity training if she remains with the company
