I visited Boston Market at 17855 S Halsted St Homewood, IL, today August 26, 2023 around 1:30pm. I ordered a half of chicken with two sides, mashed potatoes and mixed vegetables. After paying for my order, the young man gave me a bag with a plate of food. I did not realize that he mixed the bags up and gave me the wrong order, until I got home and opened the plate. This plate had chicken with a side of sweet potatoes and broccoli and I do not eat sweet potatoes or broccoli. Therefore, I tried several times calling the store number to complain and work out a plan to return the meal, but the phone kept going to a busy signal.
This is a location that I visited before and never experienced this type of problem. I am frustrated and disappointed that I could not reach the store and get this problem resolved.
Desired outcome: I am requesting a full refund for my food order.
