Marcus the cashier is in serious need of re-training. (lack of professionalism) He addressed me as if I was some hoodlum off of the street. In addition to, after he handed me my order, I opened the bag to ensure my order was correct/complete and he very arrogantly told me to "keep driving, I am on his company time" . Keep in mind, there was NO ONE else behind me in the drive thru. I am a manager at a fortune 500 company for over 20 years and my company "THRIVES" on customer service. He needs to be re-trained ! I was extremely disappointed in his behavior and will never return to this location. Due to my lunch schedule I did not have the time to exit the vehicle and address the issue to management. One of many mottos I follow in business is, ..." if you dont take care of the customer, someone else will". He was a poor representative of your company. I hope you use this event as a learning experience. Thank you
