I made a purchase to be picked up at store in Pekin, IL on Febuary 9,2023 at #5509. The order went through, then I received email that I wasn't charged for 3 bags of cat food, which I purchased when I got to store. Then I was charged after for $91 for the cat food. I called the store and the manager got the charge cancelled, yet my money is still pending and has not been returned to my account. I called the manager of store who gave me a phone # [protected], which did not help at all. According to this person maybe I will have my money back by tomorrow. I just at this moment received a call from a man named Isaiah Stover, who is a customer who purchased a pair of shoes, was charged for them and when he went to pick them up, the shoes were not in the store so he called the 877 number who gave this man my phone number to file a complaint. Imagine his surprised as well as mine when he tried to file a complaint with me, a customer who is also filing a complaint. What is going on at Tractor Supply? You have charged my account with unauthorized transactions and refuse to return my money which I need to purchase food for my animals, which I cannot do because you won't return my money and then you give out my home phone to a stranger. People who live pay check to pay check cannot afford a company making their own charges to personal accounts and then refusing to return the money from unauthorized charges. This technically is theft, which you would have charged me for if I would have left the store with a unauthorized purchase. You need to fix these problems immediately, there is absolutely no excuse for an unauthorized charges and giving out personal information to other customers.
