I ordered a compressor for my husband for Christmas. And not a small one.. Bought the 60 gallon Dewalt. For which I saved up for 6 months. First time order it got canceled after payment had already went through. Second one I ordered was suppose to be sent to house, The representative was nice enough to wave shipping fees., When it arrived it had been sent to store for pick up. I was just glad it made it before Christmas. Got it home, which wasn't easy. It's hundreds of pounds. If you know about large compressors (which I dont) they don't come with the wiring, regulators ect. So my husband (who was thrilled to get it). We went and bought all the pipe, wiring, and accessories (a few hundred dollars) needed to make it work. Then he spent a couple hours wiring and plumbing it. With all that done he flips it on. It immediately starts leaking where tank and metal air tube connect. And not small leak, air gushing out.I call representative was nice but explains sence it was picked up from store (which keep in mind , not suppose to go to store) it must be returned to store. And new one will have to be picked up there. So because my husband so happy bout it, I did return old one and pick up new one at store) Get that one home. Do a repeat on wiring, plumbing ect. Turn it on, it last about 30 minutes. And sparks start coming from motor area. The pressure switch literally caught fire and burned up. So once again I call. Same story I can have another but must be returned. And then preceed to try to sell me different more expensive compressor. Which by the way, you should resd the reviews before buying any compressor from TSC. By this point my husband has left town for work (he was off for holidays) He works out of town and holidays over. This is like 400 lbs,that they want me to just throw in my truck and take back to store. Now they have sold me 3 $1000 compressors which were either damaged or didn't get sent. I have picked up 2 and returned 2 to store 45 minutes one way to store. I requested they come pick up. And refund, since none of this was my fault. I was told the Tracor Supply had no way to pick up. Now that is ridiculous, they are in the business of selling larger farm and trailer equipment. But they have no ability to pick up the 2nd faulty compressor they have sold me. And until I return to store they will not refund my money. BUYER BEWARE. And this not representative that answers phone, this is upper management that does not care about making right on wrongs they caused for their customer. SATISFACTION DEFINITELY NOT .GUARANTEED!

2 bags were full of? Powder dusty dirt looking mixed with sunflower seeds.

Bottom line bag of sunflower seeds was half full of a powder that was not sunflowers... Nasty powder stuff.

I paid for sunflower seeds... Not a mystery powder.

Powder was so light it was flying in the air onto my face... What was that nasty stuff going on my face into my sinus.

Went into your store 10 minutes before closing. There were people in the store still shopping. I told the employee at the register that i had a return. She got on her walkie and told the person she had a return. After her having to ask 3 to 4 times the person finally responded. The employee then told me that they couldn't do the return. They were closing and the computer was shut down. If the computer was shut down how was they going to check the people out that was in the line behind me. I was so upset I said you are kidding me right and she said no. I walked out.

I shop your store every week to get my animals food. I have to get my dogs food there, witch they never have. I have had to go to multiple stores in surrounding counties to get.

The service in this store has went down hill the last 6 months. I know it is hard to get people to work. But we are there to spend our money on our animals in your store. The least we can get is people that do what they get paid to do.

The local TSC store in Smithville Tn is renting space to food trucks that come into our community. These trucks don't contribute to our local community as they take their profits and tax collections to their home location. This is detrimental to our small restaurants and gives these trucks an unfair advantage over our local restaurants. I for one will not patronize TSC as long as they continue this practice. I will also bring this up at the next meeting of our local small business association. Plese put an Immediate stop to this practice of undermining our local small business.

i bought a toro push mower at the ardmore okla location on my tractor supply credit card at a price of 500 ive had since june or july that now wont start. when i went to location where i bought it and talked to store manager he told me i would have to contact toro. i would think that you would stand behind products you sell. but according to the store manager you dont. ive used mower twice. if you cant stand behind what you sell then i will no longer do business with your company and i will tell all on social media what kind of company that tractor supply is.

I have been buying your Pine pellet bedding for several years with great results, but lately the 40-pound bags I have purchased from your ALPENA, MI. TSC STORE. THEY DO NOT HAVE THE SAME PINE SCENT AS BEFORE AND DOES NOT WORK WELL AT ALL ON URINE ODORS. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH YOUR PRESENT PINE PELLET BEDDING! WHAT DID YOUR CURRENT MAUFACTURE DO TO THIS PRODUCT? I AM HAVING TO CHANGE COMPANIES BECAUSE YOUR PRODUCT IS SO SUB STANDARD. PLEASE FIX THIS PRODUCT SO IT WORKS LIKE IT DID ORIGINALLY SO I CAN BUT IT AGAIN. THANK YOU AND HAVE A NICE DAY. WD CULHAM

Went today (sept. 6, 2023) for the bighorn 400 advertised at 3.9 for 36 months. Went inside and the only way to do this was to use our tractor supply credit card and pay cash for the balance. We went in to finance. That was not on the advertisement listed. So we left. It was not a problem to have it financed and pay for the 3 years. We always pay off early. But to go in and be hit with that was embarrassing and time consuming.. you should advertise the way in is on the advertisement list on the UTV. Very bad business practic!

I purchased a "Jonathan" Apple tree from the Cobleskill, NY Tractor Supply store on August 26th for the total amount of $42.11. That included tax. There was a knot at the base of the tree. My husband went to stake it up and the tree broke off at the knot. We don't have funds to throw in the garbage! We went to return it since it is within the 30 day time frame for returns and were told that tractor supply does not take back live plants, which was never told to us when we purchased the tree. Unfortunately for Tractor Supply, we will no longer do business with them unless we get satisfaction from this purcase. Thank you

We recycle pallets, we were told pallets could be taken from behind the tractor supply in desoto iowa by a person who works thete and has worked therea long time.. We had a truck and trailer there one day and removed pallets and this was okay. When it got really hot we worked at night. We returned to tractor supply and hauled another load. Maybe 50 pallets. On the third visit my guys were met by local police for a sting looking for the pallet thief. The charges were fifth degree theft and enhanced with "theft from an older person" so its now fourth degree theft. The complaint says wasnt given permission to take pallets at night. Although this was never communicated to my guys. And theft from an older person? I dont understand because its a business Now we have a court date for theft in which we returned the pallets. The most we get paid for one pallet core is 3 bucks but 1 dollar for broken pallets. So of the fifty pallets we removed on night two it was at most 150 bucks but some were in bad shape. Because they were mixed with other hauls i cant tell you the exact amount but they are saying 13 bucks a pallet. This is [censored] . The pallets are in rickety stacks out back by garbage with no barrier or signs , they are exposed to the elements and the wood was brittle on some and moldy on some. So 13 bucks ? Ya right

I was at this store 7/15/23 @ 7:15 pm and really needed some help and advice on decent brand dog food and the best value because I have 8 dogs which is very expensive. Anyhow, I'm disabled to begin with so I hobble myself in there fight with the buggies for a minute because they're all stuck together and won't come out of the corral then as I enter the store I continued straight ahead down a narrow path hit that couple metal yard ordaments as there wasn't much room to get through because the sales floor is jam-packed with shippers making it difficult to get around. there were two employees in the back middle-ish dest area and one cashier was busy on her own personal cell phone facing the other direction as I walked in the door. I attempted to approach the two employees at the desk but when I got close they scattered, one went one way one went the other and I trying to get their attention but I could not and I can't chase them down but I saw one twice and when he saw me jetted the other way. I was really needing some dog food since I'm out I thought about buying some lights that were on clearance I was looking at ATV spot prayers and had questions, I needed a battery but I didn't know how the battery system worked, some jumper cables, there was quite a few things I was going to buy. I couldn't get any help so I just left. That was my experience today now here I go down to Walmart I guess

Been buying 4health dog food for our dogs for over 5 years. Little did I know I was only killing my dog. Because of the grain free, he ended up with an enlarge heart costing us over 5,000.00 in medical bills and not to mention the worst feeling of losing our beloved gambit. Our home is not the same. We are full of anger and sadness knowing this shouldn’t have happened. You advertise healthy heart, but instead just ruin our dogs. Nothing but false Advertisment and all about marketing your fake product. Our emergency vets have put a direct link to these grain free diets. Now we are left with guilt and sadness. Spending so much money on your product just to do damage to our family. We are looking to take this further. Our gambit should still be with us today. 7/5/2023
