Petco - Customer service/sales clerk

I have been a Petco customer for 20 years+. I have brought all my dogs there throughout the years and never have I been treated so poorly as I was today, 3/4/21 by a Petco Clerk, named Bailey at the Round Lake Beach, Illinois store!

As I was standing in line, 6ft apart with a hand purse, dog rawhide treat and a grooming invoice in one hand, and my dog on leash in the other hand. While the clerk was helping the lady in front of me and ringing up her items, Bailey looked at me and "You have to pull your mask over your nose." I had a mask on as required as this time due to Covid 19, it slipped below my nose.

I said to her, "My hands are full" and I wasn't up to the counter yet. So, as I approached the counter, I said, "So, you want me to touch my mask after walking around the store, and then touch my items that you now have to ring up and touch?" So, she said it again in front of the long line of people again and said "You can move over to the side until you pull it up."
Really?

So, I pulled it over my nose and it fell again while I was inserting my credit card into the terminal to pay. She again told me to pull it up.
She still continued to harass me saying it is company policy which she said like 3 times. I said to her, "I cannot breathe!" and was finding it difficult after having my dog pull me all over and the clerk treating me like a mask Nazi when I had one on to begin with for the most part covering my nose.

I will never shop there again after this fiasco. I had my mask over my mouth and it fell below my nose. She is not going to harass me for no reason and then embarrass me in front of everyone. She was very rude and I don't believe Petco's policy about masks over a nose in a moment of holding my dog's leash and several items in my hand are grounds for harassment when she also has a large piece of plexi-glass in front of herself!

Now, the person behind me was exposed to any germs that were on the outside of my mask when he touched the charge card terminal creating a more dangerous situation than if I would have left it over my mouth and not my nose. This whole pandemic is ridiculous and corporations and clerks think they can now dictate to the customer what is acceptable. I should have just walked out and not paid my invoice, since she told me to get out of line until it was pulled up.

On top of it all, I couldn't breathe when I pulled it up over my nose and she had nothing to say to that

Desired outcome: An apology and a change of attitude by clerks at the register.
