Terrible products and terrible customer service. I purchased one of their hot tub covers. It was used for 3 months and it is sagging. Holds water, ice, snow which makes it impossible to maneuver. The first recommendation was to place a 2x4 under the cover! Absolutely crazy. The second was to take the insert out of the cover and flip it and reinstall the cover…obviously this cannot be accomplished every 1-2 months! Absolutely crazy. The company's owner refused to provide a non defective replacement or refund. I am turning this over to my attorney. Please look elsewhere for quality products. This company does not stand behind what they sell! See photos!
Desired outcome: NON DEFECTIVE cover or refund!
