Won 11/22/2019, we can in and wanted to have something different. My husband asked for a sample of the Nashville hot sauce. Our server Rebecca brought out the sample and a few fries to try it with. She mentioned wow they gave you more fries then normal. My husband liked the flavor and asked for his small order have that flavor extra wet. The sauce was a bright orange you couldn't see any dry spice in the sauce and he said this was good it had a vinegar taste. He also ordered a basket of fries. Once our order came out they forgot to include his small boneless order and our server had to go back. The fries were cold and and when she brought the wings out we asked for new fries and she said no problem. My husband took a bite and wow this was nothing like what he tasted. When our new fries came out he told her this sauce wasn't correct. She again said. I problem and took his wings back. I'm sitting there eating my dinner and he is awaiting. The next order case out and again he tasted and this was nothing like the sample he received. Once again he asked for them to take back. We explained this is. I thing like the sample. With being the 3rd item returned you would think the manager would have came and talked with us. She came out with some sauce and asked if this was the sauce we was looking for and finally we have a winner. The sample received was the new original buffalo and not the Nashville hit we had asked and thought we received. So come to find out he liked the original buffalo not the Nashville
Hot. She mentioned that when she had asked for the sample they gave us the wrong stuff from the beginning. And that is why we received 2 orders that were really the Nashville hot but not what we thought was the Nashville hot. I'm done with my dinner my husband finally is eating wings he said was good and would order again... still no visit from the manager. Nothing was offered to be removed from our Bill. No interaction with management for all the issues we had. I believe and apology and at least his dinner should have been free vs us having to use his blazin rewards to take this off our bill
