I have been a customer of CVS in Publishers Drive in Fishers for over a decade. As of recent I have had repeated difficulty with a pharmacy technician when attempting to pickup my prescriptions. A pharmacist, I belcustomer service is an characteristic that is essential for this position. Morgan Buckner seems to lack that skill set. On two occasions I attempted to pickup my prescription at the drive thru while Morgan was working as the Pharmacist. The first time I was behind another vehicle at 6:59. Obviously, the time past while I was standing in line. Once my turn came to come to the Window, she closed the window door and reminded me that they close at 7pm. I was angry, but what choice did I have but to leave. I have made a successful career for myself in customer service. It is obvious that not everyone shares my compassion for customer service. I would have given the extra two minutes of my time to make my customer happy, but that is me. So here I am again today. I go to the drive thru to finally pickup my prescription on a Saturday at 5:15pm. I have plenty of time since CVS Pharmacy closes at 6pm, today. I go to the drive thru window to pickup my medication and again Morgan is the Phamacist. I did not comment about the prior event, just simply here to pickup my prescriptions. She proceeded to remind me that my prescriptions are not ready and I would have to wait. I said I would wait. She then continued that my prescriptions had been “ready prior for 14 days and that I did not pick them up.” It is difficult for me to make to the pharmacy due to my intense work schedule not to mention health issues. I explained I had been here before but she had closed the window. Then she continued that CVS closes at 7pm. She asked if I wanted to wait for my current prescription and I stated yes I would wait the 20 minutes. She said I could not wait at the drive thru window (although there were no cars behind me). I explained there were no vehicles behind me and she was adamant that I should move. I told her I will wait on the other side of the drive thru window. She added I could wait where I like but not the window. So at this point I was so annoyed with her continued argument and negative disposition, I told her I would wait inside. At the window I told her I would wait in the chair for the 20 minutes it took to pickup my medicine. To this she responded that she would not service me if I continued to speak to her in the manner I spoke to her. I explained to her that I just want her to get medicine and nothing more. Just want me prescriptions. I refuse to continue this confrontational and negative conversation with her.
To make a long story short, I received my meds but not with continued “badgering” from Morgan when I went to pay.
CVS Pharmacy has a reputation for customer service that I believe Morgan seems to lack. I am not short why she is so angry with the customers. If Morgan does not like to work with customers, perhaps she should stay away from the cashier and drive thru area as it certainly not her strength!
To make a long story short, Morgan is VERY argumentive
Desired outcome: Get Morgan Buckner out of the client facing position
