I was deceived. I was told I would receive $125 in rewards certificates sent to my email. This case was escalated and the only response I received is we no longer offer this promotion. I waited multiple times over 20 minutes to speak to a supervisor. This customer service sucks and are a bunch of liars. Also your company made me miss out on the YouTube preminum services free for a year because the did not accept the return of my cell phones. I was bamboozled, tricked and lied too just for a sale. Please rectifiy these 2 issues.

Why is Lawrence employed at Best Buy? He was unbelievably rude. He refused to assist me with what I called for, and when I asked to speak to a manager he began an lengthy rant, insulted me, and hung up on me. I called twice more, each time with Lawrence at the other end of the phone, and each time he hung up on me. Best Buy in Bangor, Maine needs to give this guy his walking papers and hire someone with some professionalism.
