Was removed from medication for a month due to a mix-up with their system of syringe and pen. They refused to fix it and required multiple daily calls to them and doctor's office to resolve. Just removed from medication again due to system error, they refused to fix before Jan 1 so now I am out several thousands of dollars as my insurance will not cover the medication until my deductible is met.
They supposedly have a "Patient Rescue" system where cases like mine should have been escalated to be resolved. It never happened despite requests by several different departments within Accredo. It took 2wks for a singular point of contact was established for my case, which you cannot reach as their extension system does not work. One must call the general line, wait on hold, and explain the entire situation before being transferred. Although frustrating, it would have been easier if they had flagged or added to notes, who the point of contact was. Instead they will put on hold to find someone who track that person down.
Desired outcome: My medication on time.
