Until [protected] I had been employed full time at Casey's General Store in Marion, Indiana. I started as a part-time employee, was moved to full-time within 2 weeks due to work performance and offered 2nd Assistant Manager within 1 month. The Manager there, a Mr. John Grice, who had only been with the company a month longer than I had, started my first day out by telling me how bad all the other employees were and how they don't do their jobs. Calling the 3rd shift donut maker interplanet Janet because he said she was dingy and basically talking negative about everyone who worked there. I automatically thought to myself this was very unprofessional and uncalled for. To make a long story short my career ended with Mr. John Grice yelling at me in the parking lot, in front of several customer and employees. I have never worked for a more unprofessional manager. Since July 10, 2012 I have seen more than 20 people come and go due to his behavior. He tells other employees that an employee is stealing money from the company when in fact it was he was the one who messed the deposit up and found the money later. I would caution anyone, do not work for this company while they have Mr. John Grice managing there.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
