On September 22, 2020. I was diagnosed with strep throats and a UTI. I was prescribed antibiotics that were called into Walgreen Store on 3603 S US41, Terre Haute, IN 47802. I had to wait 40 minutes in drive up the pick up line. Kaitlyn pharmacy tech ran my health insurance and acted like she was irritated and said that my Insurance didn't cover that particular antibiotic and didn't offer anything other than for me to pay 56. I contacted my doctors office and they told me to use Goodrx. That the cost would only be 12 dollars. I pulled back around and waited 20 minutes. Same person Kaitlyn told me that she wasn't sure if she could use Goodrx. So she called over Lindsay saying that they couldn't use the Goodrx or not to promote it. Lindsay walked away and her Kaitlyn walked off and laughed at me. The Manager Ashley she attempted to deal with the situation. But she was overtalking me and had to redo a privacy policy. I was trying to not give anyone Strep.. Wouldn't let me get my explanation. I asked her to reprimand those two employees for disrespecting me. But Ashley made Lindsay run my insurance which it covered my cost. I just don't appreciate the way I was treated and I will never recommend that Walgreen's to anyone.
