At or around 7:30 on 12/3/2021, the manager at Taco Bell phone: (785) 238-7388location: 631 e chestnut St Junction City, ks made a mistake on the order; once I got to the window, I asked to rectify the error at the window. The young guy, apparently the son of the other manager in the store, he said he could not take orders at the window, company policy. I asked again, and he repeated the same thing, no it's company policy. So, I told him, ok, thank you, and left. Once I got home, I called the store, his father, and the other manager picked up the phone. I spoke to him and said, hey, your manager made an honest mistake. Now foul language must be used to get the point across, I even mentioned that the customer is always right; we know this is not true! I was joking. Well, he did not take it as a joke and started using profanity; he "stated you mother [censored]ers think you're always right, this is [censored], he started laughing. I got no time for this [censored], and I got no time for you!" I repeated I have no time for you either, as he hung up, laughing the whole time! Now I am a customer and a retired veteran; I had to control myself from going back up to Taco Bell; believe me, he did not want my 405-pound bench pressing butt to go back up there and pop; his head like a grape, big man over the phone! Now I did not use any profanity to the son or the father; what kind of professionalism is this! Unbelievable, I suppose nothing is going to be done about this; it is unfortunate.
Desired outcome: Dad needs to be fired
