Beyond abysmal
In the past 2 months, I have been with customer service on Bell phone for 4 hours. They overbilled me for two months (billed me double), then this is what I think is criminal, fraudulent behaviour.
I paid for 1.5-Gigabit. but my download speed is 20mb/s and upload speed is 10mb/s. The technician came once to fix it, gave me a booster which I am also paying for, it got better for a week, and the speed is just as slow as it was before. Also, this company's behavior is not intelligent. For example they own Virgin and Bell, and after I switched to Virgin from Bell, the technician told me he would tell them I cancelled the Bell. Actually both companies charged me for two months, and both services were running together which is why my Internet speed was so slow. And they refunded me $70 but actually they overcharged me $150. I think what Bell is doing is FRAUD. When you advertise 1.5 Gigabit and the speed, and the actual speed is nowhere near that, and you expect me to pay the bill, without delivering what I paid for, it makes me so angry. But my anger has no where to go. Just seems like there is not enough competition here in Canada.
Bell Hell
I have been unable to get proper support from BELL for almost 2 years. Every time I reach out to anyone, they can not help me on the phone. I'm then transferred to an online ticket system which is complete garbage. There is no interactive support or the option to speak to someone who has any knowledge of anything. I was referred to a person who is supposedly my account manager, but he either doesn't answer me, says he has no access to my account details, or doesn't fully help to resolve my issue. I"m constantly having to follow up. I'm currently trying to take my accounts off of auto renew, but SURPRISE, I can't find anyone who can help me do this. I'm told they will reach out to me, but they don't. Don't ever sign a contract with Bell!

On November 28 2023 I incorrectly paid 2 Bell accounts through my online banking service (TD bank). The payments should have been applied to 2 other accounts.

I contacted Bell on December 5th [protected]). I was told that I need to contact my bank to have the payment reversed, however, when I spoke with TD they informed me that I have to deal with Bell. They suggested I talk to a Manager at Bell because they hear of several customers dissatisfied with Bell customer service.
I tried calling Bell back on December 14, however, once again the representative told me there is nothing they can do.
Can I please have the 2 payments of $130 each applied to the correct accounts?

TV programming
I wanted to watch the Grey Cup football game on cable this evening (11/19/2023) but I could not find a free channel to view. To subscribe to a channel was $17.00/ month, and there were onlu 4 channels that I found. However there were numerous American sports available==hockey, basketball, and many football games but no Canadian broadcasts.
I find this terrible that a Canadian company would ask Canadians to pay more for a Canadian programme and you should be ashamed of yourselves. So much for promoting Canadian sports.
I also find it terrible that many other channels have to be subscribed to for viewing, or they are no longer available.
If you want to be true Canadians then promote Canadian programmes.

Unacceptable over billing/debit without my consent and out of agreement policy.
Bell Canada is guilty of extortion, criminalogist, and abusive behavior for over billing by failing to deliver a promised with actual amount. However, on October 7th, 2022. I registered with Bell on agreement of $45.00 with tax in total for Gigabit fibe 1.5-unlimited. Moreover, since January 2023 Bell has been manipulating my bank account by debiting more than initial agreement. Not only but also, Bell had debited me $90.40 today with the same 1.5 gigabit fibe. Bell had shown untrustworthy with multiples of extort criminal abusive behavior for over billings.
Desired outcome: I am demanding Bell should face a criminalogical offensive for manipulating, over billing/debit without my consent. To pay $250,000 for inconvenience and with apologies.
Fibre optic installation
A fibre optic line was installed under ground from a hub in the Ally to the utility room in the basement of my building. Now whenever it rains, the hub fills full of water and backs up through the conduit holding the fibre line into my basement and floods the basement floor. It has damaged the furnace. I need this resolved ASAP to prevent further damage.

Installation of fibe service
Just had fibe installed in our neighbourhood, your contractors left a mess and a chunk of lawn that is bubbled and dead. Random spots of dirt with dry seed, they could have at least used a rake and tried to make it look decent. We put a lot of effort and money into a lawn you guys managed to ruin without a care. Things were left in a careless manner during the work and afterwards.
Desired outcome: While I'm certain Bell doesn't care enough to return to fix the issue correctly it would be nice if a company with as much money as bell could at least respect the communities giving it business and leave them the way they found them.

This is for the executives. You suck. You took away the only radio station worth listening to. I was seriously depressed all winter and the Only thing that got me through the day was destroying kinda easy trivia.

Driver of a Bell service van.
Bell service van traveling east in the east end of Hamilton at the Queenston traffic circle today at 3:30 pm. He was exiting the traffic circle and entering a very busy Queenston road. He failed to yield to the yield sign, exiting the traffic circle at a very high speed. Causing me to slam on my brakes and laying on my horn. He did not acknowledge me at all. This is a very irresponsible driver and could have really caused a bad accident if I did not brake when l did. This person needs to be reprimanded and his driving record checked. I would also like to hear from him supervisor after he is talked to. His license plate number was 861 OYP.

Suspension and activation of services
Ms. Ferranti,
I have received your pre-cancellation Notice dated April 01, 2023.
I do not owe Bell anything. On March 31st, 2023, the amount due to Bell was recalculated by one of your customer service agents to be $27.25 and it was promptly paid on March 31st, 2023. Later on the same day a supervisor in customer services overruled the agent's calculation and demanded payment of $238.70. (To me overruling the agent’s calculation sounded pure office internal politics).
At that point in time, I decided that I have had enough with Bell Canada and announced that I terminate Bell's services. Promptly returned the modem and related wiring to the Bell store on 2323 Yonge Street, North of Eglinton, M4P 2C9. Confirmation of delivery is attached. Attachment # 13
Disputes arise about the suspension dates and activation dates of my Bell services. Services were suspended on August 27th, 2022, and resumed on November 26, 2022. As of November 14, 2022, the account had a credit balance of $110.68. By mistake the account was noted as suspended and no change of service was permitted.
I left Canada on December 24, 2022. Meantime my account remained suspended, and no change of services was permitted online. Although I tried to suspend services through email, with no success.
I returned to Canada on March 30th, 2023, and contacted Bell customer services on March 31st, 2013 and requested activation of services. Talking to a few agents explaining the circumstances till I was told to pay $27.25 to activate your services. I paid promptly but a supervisor overruled the agent and said the agreement was not valid. I then announced the termination of my association with Bell.

Service on the phone
Date of call May 15th 2023. husband wanted to add another cell to his plan, Canada, US. We both have our own iPhone, no contract. He already has Canada, US for his own cell. After hours and hours on the phone with a foreign teller that is very hard to understand, an email was sent with details. Everything is WRONG with the contract, address, No mention of US, my husband Phone with a new number. My husband had to phone BELL many times with nothing resolve with different people that are all hard to understand, we went 3 times to Bell boutique in Orleans, once for sims cards, 2 reconnecting my husband’s phone again, 3 times for other issues that they cannot fix. All that lost time on phone hours and hours, days, and going back and forth to Orleans that takes us 45 min to get there. This is ridiculous, waste of time, and gas, and so frustrating. NO one have a good experience with them. I could go on and on, but I have to stop. There is more but have no more space left. The case is still pending….. FRUSTRATING.
Desired outcome: Being compensated, give us a better deal for all the frustrations, time, gaz. Everyone hates to deal with these people. Bell never had a good reputation for clientele services.

Bell st. vital store: purchasing shared plans for lte watch
The Bell/MTS in St Vital, Winnipeg has Sales Rep that misrepresent their products.
It is unethical for this store to be telling customers that if they don't buy Bell Products from their store that they cannot connect them to the Bell Network..
I went into this store after 3 hours on the phone with Bell support in the Philippines, who told me they can't do over the phone.. another lie... they sent me to store to connect my watch to a shared plan with Bell
So I drove to the store to get help.. The Sales Rep told me I quote - You cannot get a shared plan unless you buy the product from Bell. and told me he could not help me.
I would like to know who to complain in person about this store lying to me that if I don't buy the watch from them they will not help me.
This is called fraud.

Truck driver
So today driving east on Mapleview in Barrie Ontario one of your trucks was in front of me One driver went around the truck and when I proceeded to do the same thing your driver blocked me. He started weaving side to side and driving down the centre of 2 lanes. Then he stopped and put his vehicle in reverse….. don’t know if he was drunk or high, or just being stupid. After that my granddaughter videoed the driver as he continued to block me from going around him. He turned into the condo’s south east of Mapleview. License plate number AP 32612. I drove to my granddaughters house and immediately called 911 and reported the incident. Please take this person off of the road. This happened today at 13;53. Thank you

One of your wires hanging down at entrance to park -
There is a Bell box on Astoria Avenue , Toronto at the intersection where Bayliss meets Astoria. The entrance down to the park is about 8 feet away. There is a wire coming from the box which goes up into the trees and then drops so that it is maybe 5 feet above the ground at the entrance to the park. This is a safety issue. I ducked to avoid getting around my neck.
I would hope this is fixed asap before someone is injured or foolishly cuts it (I am assuming there may be some charge in the line.

Refund of deposit
On august 11 2022... I got a iphone from bell mobility, in winnipeg at the bell store at... Polo park shopping center. In order for me to get a phone I had to leave a cash deposit of..500.00 which I was told that my deposit would be returned to me when I made 6 consecutive payments... I never got a bill till the end of december 2022 as they were never sent to me in the mail like I requested. I had to call in from sept to the end of december to find out what my bill was... My billing date is the 13 of every month and my bill states it is due on the first of every month... I do not receive my bill till around the 6th of every month so now there telling me that my bills are late every month and I will not be getting my 500.00 deposit back... So I talked to a lady by the name of olivia agent id #6047793... Told them I have the right to have my deposit back as I payed cash and have been paying every month I feel because i'm a senior over 65, legally blind and aboriginal that in been taken advantage of to the point where I ready to go to human rights and file a complaint against her and bell... Bell mobility
On February 24th 2023 I called to sign up for bell mobility. The agent offered and threw in all these wonderful things and then asked for the ID portion. I told him my passport had expired and I’m and he said “Not a problem, What is the passport number?” I replied with it, saying that it’s being renewed currently. He then asked “What is the expiration date for when you’re renewing? 5 or 10 years?” I said 10. He said that he’d use that.
Then two days later my SIM card was delivered no problem. I had a scheduled installation appointment for Tuesday, February 28th. I found out on the 27th by accident that my account had been suspended. No email. No phone call. Nothing. I just happened to call them about something different.
They said it had been suspended due to fraud. Of course no explanation was given. I told the guy in the preventions department or wherever, where he could go after I was told that I had to go to a bell store to show ID and proof of address. Wasn’t this supposed to be done when signing up on the phone in the first place, which I did.
I then walked 45 mins to the closest Bell store and showed my passport AND the mailing for the SIM card that THEY MAILED to me at my apartment. They called probably the same department from the store and whatever useless individual they had in that department said “Nope, has to be a government issued letter with my address.
I’ve been out of the country for 3 years, and just moved in. What is this ridiculous company talking about? Typical Canadian company incompetency and 3 ring circus when it comes to simple basic common sense. Rogers isn’t that much better. Hmm, semi-monopolies, still a good thing?
Oh, and did they call to cancel the service call/installation on the 28th? Nope. Not a word.
So as a result of this truly DISGUSTING TREATMENT, I HAVE CANCELLED EVERYTHING WITH bell.
I want NOTHING to do with bell or it’s services ever again. And I will be mounting an aggressive campaign to alert as many people as possible to what a truly disgusting, and I suspect RACIST company too, given that they must believe anyone with a long ethnic name is automatically stupid.
I hope as many people as humanly possible walk away from this truly VILE company!

Sexual misconduct
My name is Sarah-Lynn Crowe, I have had one of the worst experiences of my life on the evening of February 19th 2023 at 930pm, with a male employee at Bell Mobility Validation dept
I called at 930pm, spoke the a customer service representative, after giving him my information for the cell phone (deep purple apple iPhone 14 pro max 128gs) (black apple iPhone 14 pro max 128gs) and a Apple Series 8 Smartwatch in starlight 45mm)
Last week I had been on the website filled out the online application and had to call Bell to speak with them, I ended up doing the information over the phone with a male customer service representative upon all my information being submitted I was told that I had to do a $500 deposit for the 3 items. I kindly said no I couldn't do that and we hung up the phone, 2 days later I received a phone call from Bell Mobility customer service representative and he offered me the 3 items with zero deposit zero down BUT I would have to take my photo I.d to a Bell Store and show them also pick up the items no upfront costs. I said I would get there in next few days.
5 days went by and I thought well ill call Bell and see if they will honor the offer from last week. So I made the call did info with Bell Mobility customer service representative again and he then sent me to Validation.
So, the Customer Service representative sends me to Validation the male came onto the line within 2 minutes asked for my information I gave him the info. We were on phone for about 5 minutes, it was quiet in my room not even t.v on. The Validation male had no music or TV in background didn't out me on hold. About 5 min in he said he was still working on it all this time I can hear everything...
The Validation Male, was huffing, puffing, moaning and groaning. He was making noises and I could hear unpleasant things at which time I realized he had been masterbating the entire time and I heard the finish, I was so absolutely disgusting and shocked i hung up immediately, with non of my stuff dealt with or Validated.
I then hung up and I went right to social media. Twitter I tweeted and Bell Support reached out.
This is the most disgusting display of sexual misconduct. I am so upset by this. All I wanted was my 3 items...

Good day; my name is Keith larsen satatle tv program in valemount bc is being manipulated and there increasing the bill with out concent.. my first name is spelt a little different. Another thing is the kamloops bell store is corrupt I have 3 esim on a new phone I went there they would give data logs and they told me to delete norton 360 deluxe because I don't need protection like that when my identity is jeportized right now. I have infor with rcmp, military, the mla, teck crime and the cra, and canada fraud department. There conning threw my phone.
Desired outcome: Ah not being conned and the people implementing it have the share revoked I got more pics but stuff is get implemented there samsung update aswell.
Television cable
I have called for service five times, and I've basically wasted eight hours talking to your reps. I have explained that I cannot get adequate service. Half the time I can't even connect to a channel, and when I do find a time when I can get to watch a show, there are so many stops and starts that it takes twice as long to watch the show. Sometimes before I see the end, I lose the connection completely. It's been three months now, and I want to go back to Rogers, but your rep tells me I have a contract. So I must pay for service, but you have no obligation to provide service. I've asked every way possible for someone to come to my home and check things out, and I've been told "you don't do that". I was advised to get a wifi extender, even though I already had one. I said it wasn't doing anything to help, but your rep insisted I get another one. I called in an independent expert and he tells me my download strength is less than a third of what it needs to be, and your rep tells me "it's perfected, and somehow she suggested the independent expert isn't as good as your Bell reps. That's such a laugh because he happens to teach computer science, and he worked for one of your competitors in this same business for years.
Desired outcome: I want to receive television service or I want to be allowed out of my contract. PS. Your trucks left 10" inch ruts when they drove across my lawn by accident while putting in the cable.. Not a very dependable company.
Cell phone service
I am writing for Albert Lalonde, 2780 Dornie Rd., Alexandria, Ont. He has a cell phone which was working perfectly up to about one week ago. He is an 81 year old man living alone with a lung condition. Right now he is paying for phone service which half the time does not work. This is not acceptable. His phone number is [protected]. When he tries to call out the message is “not registered on network”. When someone is calling him, the phone will ring once and then you will hear “your call has been forwarded to an automatic voice mail”. He gets no message. I have called Bell three times regarding this issue and spent approx. 45 mins on line each time. I called once Jan. 12th and twice Jan 13th of 2023. Finally, on the last call, the employee told me that there was a problem with the area and she had no idea when this would be corrected. How can Bell or any other company charge full price for a services which is defective.
Thank you for your time and hopefully this can be corrected soon.
Desired outcome: That Bell corrects the defect as this phone was working fine prior to a week ago.
