Feb 19th 2024, I was suppose to have surgery, when doctor asked if i had taken any aspirin I said yes, she asked when and I said 6 days ago i took 1 baby aspirin, She acted crazy mad and happy at the same time and yelled in my face "you cant have surgery today!" I started to cry and she said, "It's no big deal I just won't get paid today!" and walked off. They said I would have to pay a rescheduling fee. Then I thought why would she say she wouldn't get payed? After all I payed cash in full weeks before almost $19,000! After this I got worried about my decision and sure did not want that crazy doctor to even touch me! Now I've been ghosted by the company and they wont return my calls and I need my money back!

Desired outcome: A full refund or even a loss of $ 1,000 for a learning experience, now I know to go to a real plastic surgeons office
